Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, deceptive content, or engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group.
• Publish sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Aria systems, other users' accounts, or related networks.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Use Aria to promote or facilitate illegal gambling, weapons, controlled substances, or other unlawful goods and services.
Reporting abuse
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to info@ariacreatives.com. We investigate reports and take action where appropriate.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, in our reasonable discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
